Poor customer service and Rude
Ordered 10+ items and paid for express shipping. I was told I need to wait for all items to be consolidated before shipping, as this will save me customs money. When I said I don't mind paying customs twice (as it's only % of the value), they told me this wasn't possible. I'm guessing it would have cost them more. After what seemed like an online argument with customer service, I requested a full refund. fingers crossed that arrives
