The sneakers I ordered were a good quality, but the I was left in the dark for a while, when my shipment should've been delivered.

Ho acquistato da loro,nel sito mi risultava che l’ordine era stato cancellato perciò ho acquistato da un’altro sito,dopo varie settimane mi arriva un messaggio che il mio ordine era in dogana e che dovevo pagare lo sdoganamento, e loro non mi avevano mandato nessuna e-mail dove dicevano che avevano spedito l’articolo,e che se non pagavo l’ordine sarebbe tornato indietro senza nessun rimborso,ho scritto un’e-mail a Zumiez dicendo l’accaduto e loro mi rispondono dove vari giorni senza dire niente,che ormai avevo accettato le politiche aziendali… Veramente pessimi non acquisterò mai più da loro
I ordered a wrong number and i wrote an email to them asking them if i can get a new pair or should i just send them back and a really nice lady from the staff sent me a second pair with the right number without paying for it!!! i highly recommend buying from Zumiez!!!!<333
Well I went to take back some jeans that I had purchased but were kinda to big so I was thinking maybe they’ll be cool about it, but as soon as me and my mom walked in the guy working there grabbed the bag outta my moms hands and said okay jus let us know when yu found want you need. But I didn’t think much of it but then I was trying to find my size and honestly it should be a bit more organized in there when looking for a pair of pants kinda felt like a thrift store, but anyway then I asked the guy very nicely do yu think you can see if yu have a 36 in these jeans and he said oh you can look online and I said so there’s nothing in da back and he said unfortunately they wouldn’t have the size in da back if it wasn’t out in front so I jus said well alright then man thought it was your job and he said well you “don’t have to buy from here” idk jus seems to me like the Meadowood malls zumies should work on customer service and how to work with brown customers because then he didn’t even want to check me or my mother out when even tho this younger white lady with her daughter he was quick to go to the back for a size and Also check them out jus seems a bit racist if you ask me, jus doesn’t make any sense though because I thought we were all alike anyway jus wanted to see if anyone would see this jus hope you guys learn to appreciate your customers and actually be helpful……. Also wanted to add if you honestly want a NICE PAIR OF ALREADY BAGGY JEANS JUS GET 550 LEVIS THEY ARE HONESTLY BETTER DEN EMPIRES NOT SAYIN IT HATEFULLY AT ALL JUS TRYSN HELP THOSE OUT WHO HAVE NOT TRIED A PAIR OF EMPIRE JEANS
I was with my family and I was returning a shirt but they said ohh that is stolen there were 4 and now there is 3 LIKE WHAT HOW ARE YOU ACCUSING ME FOR STEALING AND I DIDN'T GET THE MONEY SO THE MEXICAN SHORT TALIA NAMED WORKER LOOKING LIKE SHE WANTS TO TACKLE ME LIKE AN AMERICAN FOOTBALLER AND SHE SWORE AND SAID NEVER COME BACK and nobody is coming back to your store.
In one of of your stores we had a bad problem. One of the employees in Zumiez in islip Terrece was being very rude to my family. I am 12 years old and I feel very traumatized from this experience! Me and my mother went in the Tanga mall to buy a shirt that was too small for me in Zumiez, so when we went to the south shore mall, we went to return it. When we walked into the store, my sister went to return a shirt, and also had the same exact shirt in her hands to purchase after returning. Now this employee named Jocyllen, i think, with another employee Talia, when we went to say to Jocyllen to return it, she was like " We had 4 on stock, now we have three." In my defense, i felt like she was accusing us at stealing! My mom was saying how we didn't steal, and walked in with the shirt, the employee went to "check" but she took ONLY 5 seconds and said we took it from the store and didn't steal. We quickly left but took back the T-shirt that we had. When we left, my mom took a photo of the STORE not the employee, and had a bad anger problem. They said "Stealing was illegal" And then gave us The bad finger (middle). When my dad went to talk to them about this, they called my dad a (gardening) hoe. This was really rude and talked to the employee. Sorry, this really ruined my family's evening, on boxing day. Hope you can fire these employees names. Have a nice day
South shore mall , Bay shore . has the worst workers , they are rude and I will never shop at this store again
I ordered kids baggy pants for my son and they didn’t fit at all. It was size 25. The waist was very large (fits like real 28(too big for a kid)) while the legs were WAY too short (5 inch ABOVE the ankle). I do not recommend at all. Never buying on this site again. It ruined our Christmas.
Absolutely incredible at everything! I never interacted with anyone at zumies stores personel or customer service who wasn't pleasant to talk to(and they still have real people at their customer support line that actually can explain and help you with your issue!!!) The clothes at the store are all durable, stylish and lots to choose from at the decent price! I am 38 and have nothing to do with skateboarding, but I absolutely love their clothes and if I choose one store to go to for the rest of my life it will be Zumies!!! Thank you guys very much for keeping it a top notch!
I ordered some shoes Provost -13 -Black $80 finally arrives...ONE SHOE! wtf man? such a scam THIS IS FULL PRICE FOR ONE SHOE? for one you need to explain in the description it is a single shoe. Shoes are sold in pairs Two, if it's a single shoe you cannot sell it for the price of a pair. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
Ordered a pair of shoes yesterday at 1:40 pm, paid economy shipping. It's 3 pm the next day, and they're already here!! Stunningly fast shipping. Shoes fit perfect and are just as cute in person. Will definitely order from them again.
Like others I don't understand the negative reviews. And no, I don't work for them. Ordered a pair of Osiris D3s this Monday, had them delivered - in Sweden! - by Thursday (today). Sure, part of it is DHLs speedy service, but Zumiez had my ordered packed and shipped within hours of me placing the order. (Visited two of their stores in New York on a visit in May as well, super-friendly staff, only good things to say!)
Ordered from lumiez July 8,2024. Even paid extra for fast delivery. Now here we are August 20, 2024. No product!!!! Contacted the email several times with no response. This company is a SCAM!!!! They charge your card and you don’t get your order. There is no contact phone number, just an email. I take this as a hard lesson. I should have done my research! But I sure got robbed!!
I have been emailing the corporate team regarding a specific long board for my grandson they were very helpful in providing me with lots of information including a list of the stores in the Inited States that had inventory as this board was in short supply.yesterday I called the store in the Greenville Mall in Greenville North Carolina to ask if indeed they did have one in stock. The young man I spoke with was very pleasant over the phone and as well when I dropped by today to pick the item up.i regret that I did not get his name his service was impeccable thank you Terry from Chatham Ontario Canada
