Very bad costumer service. I don't think these guys know what they are doing, very unhelpful and they just lost a costumer from their poor communication.
Was asked to send proof of no claims bonus responded to the email only for it not to get there threatened with insurance being constant or doubled in price phone customer service send it through to another address they gave me which was wrong 24 hours later when I had no response Contacted them again send it through a totally different email asked to make complaint did not get put through to complaints only when I threatened to complain did he try to sort it out? End up speaking to a manager who I emailed direct to get it sorted? Do not have much confidence with this insurance company I will be honest. 🤦♂️
Proceed with caution when dealing with this organisation. They seem to charge for virtually everything. Even the smallest change to your policy comes with a fee, and cancelling your policy incurs additional charges—which I’ve never experienced with any other insurance provider. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if making a claim came with unexpected costs too. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Absolutely disgusting service, we recieved a letter to say no further action required and that an extra few of £10.52 would be taken.. To then recieved a letter at 00.44 to say that the insurance was cancelled a day before. Now they want us to pay over £2,000 to have the insurance reinstated... or charge us a £45 cancellation free. The advisor just told us that no manager is there to speak to when we need the vehicle for work within the next half hour... absolute disgrace She literally read the letter back to us stating they request no further action was required, nothing about cancelling the policy. And.. to charge us the cancellation.. but at no point did we cancel.. they did!! AVOID
One of the most difficult companies I have ever had to deal with! Non existent and confusing communication and the web portal is a disaster. Threatening me with a rise in my premium because they said I hadn’t sent proof of NCD when I had, and then when I rang them they said oh we need proof of your NCD on a vehicle that they are not even insuring! Complete and utter shambles. I just hope that I never have to make a claim if this is any indication of how efficient they are.
Really poor communication regarding my proof of no claims and trying to put the price up. Leaving response times far to long and not being clear as to if they have been received and accepted.
After looking on Internet for van insurance, Zenith was definitely the best for me. Easy application and easy to follow product cover add on

Had a crash in 2021 I rang my insurance company to let them know my insurance finished July august 2024 i didn’t renew my insurance so they then took it upon themselfs to sue the lady who crashed into me she ended up claiming against them and won the case makes no sence atal
Took out insurance with them for our van. Informed them we had no no claims discount as our other cars had the discount applied to them. A week later got an urgent request for our no claims discount else would take an extra £164 off us. We asked how do we get proof of no claims discount when there was none. Zenith said send them Proof of our other no claims discounts from our other cars. We did, then they said we couldn’t use these as proof because they had years on them. After days of trying to find out what they wanted zenith finally said all was ok and we owned them nothing. Just got an urgent letter saying we owe them £30 as one of other policies we sent them earlier (nothing to do with zenith), didn’t have the correct no claims discount??? Customer service is poor. A good test of a company is how they are when things don’t go right and how they deal with the problem, else most companies seem good . But Zenith are a real challenge as they don’t know what they’re doing. Feel like cancelling now as we have no trust in this company to deal with a claim. But that’ll cost us.
Shockingly bad customer service from Sinenhlanhla she was like a school girl showing off to her friends she couldn't take anything seriously I request you listen to the phonecall and sanction appropriately. After hanging up I spoke to another lady Aphelele who was the total opposite she was so professional and helpful she couldn't do enough the contrast between the two experiences were night and day, I then spoke to another Gentleman called Bahle who again was absolutely great so honestly you need to weed out your bad apples as she nearly cost you business and she will continue to do so, she's an utter disgrace and a total embarrassment

So easy to get my van insurance, at a good price
On 18 June I raised a string of complaints. I was told I would be contacted within 48hours. Nobody has contacted me.My first contact was to ascertain why my premium had been hiked resulting in my telling Zenith I was going elsewhere.Then an email appeared thanking me for renewing my policy. It would not take a reply. I phoned my bank for help who told me this company had me on automatic renewal, something I have never requested. I made 6 attempts to contact Zenith again, each time their automated service asked me to put in a reason. I quoted the word 'complaint' and each time the robot replied they had technical fault and the line cut off. I have wasted hours with this company and will shortly have no cover
