Scammers? Or Amateurs?
Took out insurance with them for our van. Informed them we had no no claims discount as our other cars had the discount applied to them. A week later got an urgent request for our no claims discount else would take an extra £164 off us. We asked how do we get proof of no claims discount when there was none. Zenith said send them Proof of our other no claims discounts from our other cars. We did, then they said we couldn’t use these as proof because they had years on them. After days of trying to find out what they wanted zenith finally said all was ok and we owned them nothing. Just got an urgent letter saying we owe them £30 as one of other policies we sent them earlier (nothing to do with zenith), didn’t have the correct no claims discount??? Customer service is poor. A good test of a company is how they are when things don’t go right and how they deal with the problem, else most companies seem good . But Zenith are a real challenge as they don’t know what they’re doing. Feel like cancelling now as we have no trust in this company to deal with a claim. But that’ll cost us.
