Love the product. Love how I don’t have to think about it, it just comes. However, I have been trying to contact their customer service for two months. I changed my address, and they keep sending my s... See more

Zamplebox has always been great to me. Sometimes the boxes come a bit slow but for the most part, i like them.
Using ZampleBox has really allowed me to test out different flavors and combinations to find out what I really like vs what I think I will like and just buying a huge 3oz bottle at a shop to just find out I hate after a few uses. Plus I can continue to customize my flavor profile.
Great until they used the vape mail ban as an excuse to charge me for 3 dam box’s. Like dam at least send an email saying that’s the plan for the month so I can take action.
Been with zamplebox for a year now and everything was great till this month. I have been waiting for my April box to be sent out from their depot for over 2 weeks and then without asking have charged me for another box that I didn't consent payment for. Customer service has since been utterly useless and any requests for a refund are completely ignored will never be ordering from this company again as they seem to have lost all interest in customer care this month.
So with the shipping changes that were coming up due to vape regulations, zamplebox decided to send me 3 boxes within 3 weeks because... well idk. They could. A monthly subscription box. Monthly. Decided to send me 3. They will not respond to me outside of copy paste messages. They hit me on March 29th, the. April 8th, and then April 15th. It's disgusting as I've done business with them for years. My cost went through the roof this month because this garbage company decided to take the card info you subscribe with, and willy nilly run it multiple times during a single month. They said they sent an email. I did not consent to having 3 boxes sent. This is bull. I'll never. Ever. Use them again. They lost my trust completely
This is by far the best source for e juice, superior customer service and always try to please their customers and keep them happy. The quality of products and packaging is excellent and price is competitive. Very recommended
Been with the subscription for about 5 month and loving every minute of it
Got my boxes when told they would arrived. Loved most flavors
I got the wrong vape juice in my last box. I did not get the Raspberry Iced Tea. Something else was sent instead.
very happy with my monthly box. i love how they really take your likes & dislikes into consideration. makes it more suitable for your tastes rather than just sending out random flavors.
Great flavors. I found one that I LOVE and never would have tried based on the label alone.
GREAT COMPANY, willing to do what needs done to keep Customers HAPPY, and satisfied!!
The Best liquid
Canceling and never coming back, charge went through on my account for a box I didn’t order and me being a college kid, put me in the negative with my bank, tried to cancel order because I don’t even need the bottles, I have way too many already and got a robotic response about shipping and costs, it’s good if you don’t mind spending the money but horrible if something like this happens and you’re trying to get your money back. Never shopping with them again, only going to local shops from now on.
brilliant idea! would love to see zamplebox expand to be the one stop shop for all vapers needs.
Don't have a lot to say except, thanks ☺ For your support, dedication and outstanding Work and challenge. Thank you 😊.
Love it, can't get beat the prices or the awesome flavors
While trying to think of a unique Christmas gift for our son who vapes, my wife and I came across the Zamplebox website. After checking the reviews we decided to try it out. Needless to say after 2 years of subscribing to Zamplebox we could not be more pleased! The website, the flavors, the variety, the convenience, all contribute to the success of this product! Thank you for the service that you provide!
