A month of delay with no explanation
This company does not provide professional service. The staff there do not do what you paid for. They fail to respond to emails. Highly recommend not to go with this company. My case has now been delayed for at least three weeks.

Something feels fishy.
Something feels fishy. I had an account created with this company as a result of business with FirstBase.io, but β since then β Iβve been able to get in contact with Cloud Peak. Cloud Peak will not call me back, despite paying them $1k in various fees. I have no idea as to the status of critical business filings. Avoid this company.

unprofessional
after spending close to 400 dollars on an LLC to be created, they created it under a name I didn't choose that I cannot use. when asked to change it or please refund me , they stated that there would be no refunds and that to change anything I would have to pay another 150 dollars. so after 385 dollars, all I have is a half-formed business I cannot use. I would recommend using another place.

i was excited to get started byβ¦
i was excited to get started by registering a business remotely. things started off good however i added the call forwarding option and i am yet to get any feed back... i also had them apply for an EIN number for me and on attempting to open a bank account the financial institution indicated that there is an issue with the information given... i have tried calling and email to no response . the initial service was fine however the customer support and follow up services are not satisfactory
