Atty didnβt call despite payment
My business partner and I had scheduled a (paid) consult call to file for two LLCs in Wyoming. The attorney we were assigned to never called us at our reserved time. The receptionist was confused and made it sound like they didnβt know we were scheduled even though we had a confirmation email. We called 3x over 45 mins and finally asked for a refund of our money. Only then did the attorney try to call us. She left a message that was so garbled that it was unintelligible except for her name. She then emailed stating she βDIDβ try to call us, although it was 50 minutes after our scheduled time, after weβd called the office 3x, and finally asked for a refund of our money. The disorganization is concerning, and the unprofessional and sour attitude of the attorney ensured we would never use or recommend them. We had a great experience with a competing firm that, while more expensive, was extremely thorough, professional, and did an incredible job.

Stay away from using the services of this company.
Avoid this company. I have been waiting for a response for two weeks, despite making multiple phone calls and sending emails, but I haven't heard anything back. The only email I received was to collect a missing payment, which I promptly paid, but then I didn't hear anything else.

It feels they are not really ahead of their game compared to other similar providers. Some processes are not clear in there company maintenance website. As a company owner one always needs to check and push, EG for the renewal payment I ALWAYS had to CALL to have it added to the website. Nothing works automatically. One might want to consider an other service provider, that might even a bit cheaper.

Easy and smooth
I used their services for one year, everything went smoothly. Customer service was always helpful and responsive. They charged me for virtual office for one additional year because I forgot to cancel subscription but after I contacted them they refunded it on second day. I can only recommend their services

Easy and fast.
I signed up, registered two LLCs (a holding company and subsidiary, which wasn't something I could do with the other formation services) and received confirmation of both formations within 8hrs. EINs arrived the next day, and bank account is in process. I would 100% recommend this service.
