It was positive for me.
I'm actually surprised reading the reviews here. My experience with them has been positive. I actually set up a holding company and a separate LLC. I had to wait a bit for the EIN for the second one but that's because it was foreign. They even stated it would be up to the IRS timetable. The documents they provide as templates are helpful, and their partnership with Relay bank made setting up the accounts easy. I will be watching for the extra charges come renewal time, and I think the extra monthly fee for registered agent may be a bit much, but I will evaluate my options next year. I needed a quick easy service, and they provided.

Superb LLC Attorney

I see all these bad reviews for Wyoming LLC Attorney but my experience was great. They Registered my LLC in Wyoming, filed to obtain my EIN and assisted me in getting a bank account. The pricing was all clearly listed on the Website and I had zero issues. I highly recommend them!
