Drew Hernandez is an OUTSTANDING CSR. My concerns were understood and she handled my them expertly. I work on the phone all day, and when I called just minutes before 5:00pm, she sounded fresh, competent, and capable of greatness. Game recognizes game, and she is SPECTACULAR. Hidden subscription fees
Short review: Hidden subscription fees and slow process Long review: They say it takes only one day to file a WY LLC and one week to file a CA LLC. But in both cases it took them double the amount of time. You might see $99 LLC filing fee on their pricing page, but their minimum price by the time you get to the checkout page is $199. And that's not about it; they will charge you $29.99/mo for the registered agent service. Nowhere in their website can you find about this hidden subscription fee.

It says on their website 'call us, we love special requests'. I called them and spoke to Courtney, who didn't love special requests. Instead she loved telling me no constantly before I could finish my questions and interrupting/speaking over the top of me. She wanted to make it very clear that she is a paralegal and not in 'customer service' despite dealing with customers and providing them services.

New scammers with charge the cards without permission
I worked with them for almost 2-3 years but almost recently they began to have a problem with their services, such as their fees became expensive for renewing, as well as, they force you to renew with services that you do not need or you can do by yourself such as annual filing to the state. Also last month I applied for a company with a university name and they said that it has to go by mail to the state and we have to wait 3 weeks we stayed 6. weeks and they said every time that the state lost your file 2 times!! lol. The last bad situation was that they charged my card without permission for renewing a company that I don't want to renew, the company has a prime card but even then they charged another card that wasn't the primary one and I asked for a refund and they said that you can not get a refund because they sent many emails for renewing but I did not reply or cancel the service!! I can't imagine how they are to be a good agent and responsible for our companies! and how i trust them again to open companies with them while they charge our cards without any permission! Do not trust them again, they charge our cards without permission and charge all the cards in your account till they charge one then there is no refund!! New Scammer Ways

HORRIBLE COMPANY... BUYER BEWARE!!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY... I've had a # of bad experiences with Wyoming Attorney LLC from literally the very beginning! But, I have to stand up and shout this experience from the ROOFTOPS! I have a company in Delaware and I wanted to change the company to be a Wyoming company due the absorbent fees charged by the state of Delaware. I had an extensive conversation with Wyoming Attorney LLC, outlining the reasons why I was making this move, its was pretty simple. Well, I received a charge on my AMEX for $300 to the state of Delaware. I called Wyoming Attorney LLC and they said the change they made was only to become the registered agent for my company, and they did not change its location to Wyoming. I said I did not authorize this charge. They said that is unfortunate, but, there was nothing they could do. IT WAS THIER MISTAKE NOT MINE! So I contacted AMEX and they did their own investigation into the matter and then reversed the $300 charge back to my card! TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT COULD GIVE TWO PILES OF DOO DOO ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS... BUYER BEWARE!
