Thought these guys were solid until, like others, I got hit with a $240 annual subscription charge that wasn't adequately described upon signup. They completely refuse to refuse any of my payment too, would caution people against using this company

I was able to register a company in Wyoming
I was able to register a company in Wyoming sitting in a far away country. The online process was smooth and easy. I had no issues. I was even able to open a bank account with their help. The Bank operations are also very easy to perform online. Overall, I had/am having a very good experience.

My experience has been great
My experience has been great! I've been with them for years and never had any issues. I'm someone who has a business in the USA but lives abroad (in Australia, UK etc.) and even with the time-zone and geographical differences I've been able to efficiently do everything online with Wyoming LLC. I would highly recommend to any online Entrepreneurs who travel frequently or live outside the USA but do business in the USA.
