After failed attempts to unlock my mailbox and have my mail forwarded, Victor was a huge help! He resolved the problem quickly and was very pleasant! The only other issue I have at this time is the cost to forward mail! OUCH! I hope I won't have to forward mail again any time soon!

I had a truly frustrating experience with Wyoming LLC Attorney. I purchased a one-year LLC management subscription, only to receive an email about renewal after 9.5 months and a charge at 10.5 months—far earlier than expected. When I reached out to customer service, Monica (supervisor on duty) answered and she was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. Her attitude was dismissive, with no willingness to clarify why my auto renewal happened over 45 days early. Instead of resolving my issue, she simply told me "too bad" for not responding to their email. This lack of customer care and transparency is unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

Such a mess company
My account is just a mess and customer service are not able to help Registered first of August and my CC is being charged but the page shows "This company was cancelled on Aug 1, 2024" And my EIN number address is wrong and now I got 2 EINs however I requested just one and they asked me to contact the IRS to discard the wrong one I have been waiting for a week and no updates at all. such a disappointment and definitely leaving them.
