Client for many years, leaving this company
I used this company for years, but now they decided to operate from Puerto Rico and they charge $75 to forward your mail in the USA. For me being an old client, this came as a total surprise and they basically forced me to pay this ridiculous fee (because a check was sent by mail). Despite this cost, it took 3 weeks to deliver the check to another US address. For $30 per month the support is just bad. They also claim to be giving legal guidance, but then they state "they're not a law firm and won't give legal advice" in their footnote of their website. Pretty confusing for a company with "Attorney" in their name. The reviews here are very strange, lots of profiles only posting 1 amazing review here. They used to get a lot of bad reviews on Google, but somehow they took down their Google profile (probably after "relocating" to Puerto Rico). Yelp and FB seem to be less forgiving. It just doesn't feel right if they have to manipulate their reviews. Anyway, all in, it doesn't really resemble a trustworthy company. They had a change of management, which might explain the problems. In any case, this company went from decent to highly untrustworthy. I'm moving to another company. Edit: Wyoming LLC Attorney reported this review for defamatory content. Nothing what I said is untrue, this is just a review about my experience with them. It's your own bad service hurting the company, not me writing a review about it.
