Excellent Customer Service
I called for information about using Wyoming LLC as my registered agent. I spoke with Jolie. Jolie was very patient and walked me through the entire process. Jolie advised which services I would need, without being pushy and without overselling. I found Jolie to be sincere, polite and very helpful.

Sarah is absolutely AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, caring, kind and funny! This is my nephew and I second LLC formation with the company. Both times Sarah was like a breath of fresh air. She answered all of our questions and insisted that we call back if we had any further questions. It appears there are significant issues with WyomingLLCAttorney.com's communication system. Emails intended to reach us about important filing requirements seem to have failed, resulting in our active company being administratively dissolved by the state—without any prior notice. Despite expressing that this matter is urgent, responses have been minimal, and their systems have created further delays in resolving the dissolution. For a professional firm, this lack of responsiveness and reliable communication is concerning. If timely and consistent follow-up is important to your business, consider these challenges before engaging with this firm.

Sarah was incredibly informative and answered every question that other companies told me to consult business attorneys to figure out, because she is a paralegal. Not only was she incredibly informative, she save me $60 in fees vs using a Delaware service and explained the difference between registering in Delaware vs Wyoming. If every other aspect of this was as smooth as she made this for me, there would be no stress at all.
