Brilliant service

Fast service

Used world wide parcel services for the first time as they was quoting the cheapest to send a triplets pushchair back to norway. So paper work all quite easy and got responses when I emailed customer service. So you have to wait in from 9am til 5pm which was fine but first planned day no pick up and no email or call to say there was no pick up so thats why I'm not giving 5 stars, emailed company they apologised and arranged next day but I had to take it round my daughters due to me being at work, and hooray they picked it up later the next day and it arrived in Norway exactly 1 week later( thats fantastic )as royal mail seems to take ages or things go missing will definitely use again
