Christmas presents to Switzerland
Big bonus of having my parcel collected from home. Collected on time and only took 4 days before it was delivered to destination, just half an hours drive from Basle. Had an issue with relevant forms and label not being attached but following telephone call this was eradicated straight away, Service so good I recommended it to my niece, which she duly did and her parcel was delivered to the same destination even quicker than mine. Well impressed and would definitely use again. Thank you.

Parcel was slower than expected being delivered (a week late) but under current circumstances not surprised . Drop off location was really poor (didnt seem to know what they were doing) Communication pathway excellent as was ability to online check

Door to door from Hastings to Norway in only 4 days and very reasonably priced. They collected when they said they would and it arrived when they told the recipient to expect it. Instructions for printing labels was very clear.
