You won't be disappointed
After using numerous other couriers I will only ever use this courier. I cannot say anything but 100% recommend them. They have a superb service Inc customer services thank you Teresa you are always there to help me. I send parcels to family in New Zealand as well as around the UK. They are fast and tracking is excellent too. π

My parcel was lost β¦
My parcel was lost β¦. No apology and then tried to charge me saying the box wasnβt the right size when the size was printed on the actual box β¦. Then they said I couldnβt use their service anymore because I complained β¦. Iβve used them for 8 years and never a bother but complain about how they lost my parcel and they go off on one !!!!! Disgraceful treatment from them

Company broke 55" TV with no compensation
I sent a 55" TV through this company from Aberdeen to Republic of Ireland. The TV was well packaged in a box, bubble-wrapped, wrapped in a pallet wrap and a fragile tape around it to show that it was fragile and a TV. The company broke my TV, bullied me through their unempathetic director by name Richard, rejected by claim. Please run away from this company as they will break your TV and not take responsibility. I don't want you to be a victim like me, please. This company had only one job, take TV from UK to Ireland and they failed by damaging it and intimidating me. I paid around Β£82 in postage to this terrible company and β¬203 in customs duty in Ireland, so all gone down the drain. Thanks
