Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

I bought oppo n5 phone it arrived quickly but non of the uk apps are working it not connecting to any smartwatch customer service is very poor

Excellent experience

Excellent experience, excellent service. I live in Greece, I ordered my Mi 10 pro on Monday morning and I received it on Friday! Great price, no customs, no taxes in only 5 days from Hong Kong to Greece. I am preparing for my next order from this great e-shop.

Ich habe mir Freitagabend das Samsung S20+ 5G bestellt, da ich den Snapdragon-Prozessor in meinem neuen Smartphone haben wollte. Die ware wurde am Montag von Hong Kong an Wondamobiles UK Warehouse in Manchester geschickt, anschließend per DHL Express zu mir. Dadurch gab es keine Probleme mit dem Zoll. Nach exakt einer Woche erhielt ich mein Gerät, das genau den Spezifikationen entspricht. Ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein und würde defininitiv wieder bei wondamobile bestellen.

Great dealer!

I ordered a S20 Ultra with 256GB. In the first place I was a bit sceptical in ordering from a chinese store in such an expensive area, but that was unfounded. Shipping was around 9 days with public holidays in germany. I also had to contact the support a few times because of my questions, the responses were qiuck to very quick (once they answered after a minute) really great! At delivery I had to pay taxes but no problem, ive send over the receipt and got the refund one day after! The device itself is that what I ordered and really great. Would order a second time!

S20 plus snapdragon uk

Ordered the s20 plus snapdragon model from wondamobile as they only sell exynos model in the UK. Having previously bought the exynose model its like a different phone. The battery life is so much better. I can use 120hz without worrying about battery life. Performance is better and overall just very happy with the product. Ordered Sunday and received it Friday. Paid extra for the delivery just incase there were any issues. Would recommend any time, just make sure you do the research and make sure the phones support your carriers. After that you are worry free

Highly recommended!!!

I was going mad with this exynos phone, and since I couldn't find another option to get the S20+ with snapdragon chipset, and since as brand new has such a low cost on wonda, I decided to risk it, based on the reviews. They've sent the right product in the specified time (smooth delivery 5 working days). Very happy with their services, highly recommended in uk and Ireland (my cousin ordered 2nd day a galaxy s20 with snapdragon as well).

Great website for cheap mobiles

I was sceptic about this website, i wanted to buy a Iphone 11 Pro Max, and thats not a cheap phone normally. But on WondaMobile it was so cheap that i was a bit scared, so i pay with my creditcard (insurance). last week buy and after 7 days here in Holland, great delivery and packed very good. No extra Customs tax, so im more the happy now. And the new Iphone is excellent buy, thank you WondaMobile

Great company

Bought two mobile phones during the last couple of years, both at very good prices and both delivered promptly by DHL. Dropped and damaged an LG mobile bought from Wonda so sent it back to HK for repairs. It was beautifully done very speedily by Wonda and at a price that could not be matched in the UK. Will buy from them again.
