Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

Service de qualité !!!

Service de qualité !!! Service très joignable. Très bien reçu mon S20Ultra 512GB un téléphone introuvable dans les magasins en France. Frais de douane rembourser rapidement. J'ai étais méfiant de ce site au début, maintenant je n'hésiterai pas à racheter un autre téléphone sur Wonda Mobile. J'espère que cette qualité de service ne changera pas au fils des temps. Merci.

Pleased with my first Wonda Mobile…

Pleased with my first Wonda Mobile experience. I specifically checked Trustpilot reviewers of a number of Hong Kong mobile phone sellers. Wonda Mobile came highly recommended and many others had scores of around 2 compared to 4+ for Wonda Mobile. I asked a question on their website and it was answered in a day. I made my purchase knowing there were cheaper options offering more risk and less warranty. The order was confirmed quickly by email. Then a message arrived with the (DHL) courier and tracking details. The phone arrived in a few (3) days – super quick. About 6 days sooner than estimated. I asked a question about where to find the case I expected to be included and customer service responded quickly suggesting I looked more carefully. I found the case in the lid of the box! With exactly the specification phone I wanted, at a reasonable price - although my model is not available in Australia, I saved a considerable amount compared to local prices. The super-fast delivery was an unexpected bonus. 10/10 for service and delivery. Thank you.

Einfach nur Fantastisch

Einfach nur genial, S20 Ultra bestellt mit den Galaxy Buds, in 4 Werktage war das Handy mit Zubehör bei mir. Interessant ist der Punkt Reklamation Die Buds waren defekt, in weniger als 5 Minuten war die Reklamationen per Mail geklärt und ich habe einen Rücksendungs Beleg bekommen für DHL. Es dauert 4 Werktage bis nach Hongkong über England, am gleichen Tag als sie es hatten schickte man den Ersatz raus und noch mal 3 Werktage später hatte ich sie. Die Abwicklung war einfach fantastisch. Ab jetzt bleib ich den Laden treu! Freundliche Grüße Armando

Apple iPhone 11 pro max UK

Apple iPhone 11 pro max UK This is the second time I’ve used Wonda mobile the service was excellent and the phone arrived within five days. I ordered the iPhone 11 promax with the dual Sim. The phone works exactly as it should the charger is the English plug version all the apps including google maps work as they should the sims are Vodafone and three and switching between them is no problem. There is no Chinese over writing to any of the Internet searches or restrictions which I have experienced on some android phones. AppleCare Is also available and comes up on activation with offers up to 2 years cover which is paid for service. All in all the phone is identical to what you would buy any Apple Store in the UK but has the benefits of two physical sims. Oh and about £300 cheaper. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wonda Ray Johnson

Frankly speaking, I was very skeptical about them. Nevertheless, wanted the OnePlus 8 more (you cant buy it here in Japan) and decided to give it a try. It took 7 days from actual order till delivery. No VAT whatsoever. Phone works great. Thank you Wonda Mobile

Superb service

I ordered a S20+ 128GB. I asked for a fast delivery, and it arrived 2 days later. I had to pay import vat, but it was all covered by Wondamobile. I can't recommend them enough, they deliver a 5 star service at a very fast rate.

Začátkem května jsem si objednal tel. S 10+. . Bohužel se dodávka zdržela celý měsíc. Celnice . To deklaroval Wonda-mobile. Délka dodání 5 týdnů. Komunikace s Wonda-mobile OK. Oceňuji snahu vše vyřešit. Mobil je již doma a funguje skvěle. Wonda je dobrý obchodník . Doporučuji .
