Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

Easy ordering process and quick…but with problems...

Easy ordering process and quick delivery, took about 5 days to arrive to the UK. So no problem there at all. But there was a problem... emailed their customer services, which were very quick to reply, but also quite rude, but I'll let that go. So before you buy, just be warned if your phone comes with a Chinese ROM, yes it will have Play Store, and Google Services, but certain Google apps won't work properly. The main one being ANDROID AUTO. it won't connect to your car and I'm not sure what other google apps won't work properly either. So know this before you buy your phone. This is not stated on their website, which I feel it should be under the description for the phone. The other problem, is that if you want to return the item, they charge a £50 admin fee, and the phone has to be returned with everything pretty much as it would be unopened which is an impossible thing to do. And then they state that there could be another charge of upto 40% of the cost of the phone, and if they have your phone, and ask for another £300, what do you do?!

Best service by far. 2 days delivery from Hong Kong to Scotland. Wow

I've ordered quite a few phones from wonda and the experience is always fantastic. Order a phone on the Monday morning and had it by the Wednesday. 2 days from Hong Kong to Scotland is super impressive. Never been hit with any fees and the communication is spot on, my opinion on wonda is just wow, amazing service. Keep up the good work.

Supreme service and blazing fast delivery

Ordered a Xioami 13 Ultra from Wonda Mobile. I was blown away by how fast I received the phone (I received it in 3 working days) and the customer service I received from Wonda Mobile when I contacted them was top-notch. Wonda Mobile is the only website that I trust to import a phone to the UK. Wonda Mobile have proven time and time again that they take their business extremely seriously and really do care about their customers. A+++ rating for delivery and another A+++ rating for the customer service they provide. Also, the custom import duties are covered by Wonda Mobile so there is no custom duties that you need to pay. Brilliant business.

Amazing service!

I recently purchased a Xiaomi 13 Ultra from Wondamobile and it works perfectly and their website is very easy to use! I placed my order on the 5th of May and got a confirmation on the 7th. The product arrived on the 11th and within their 7-12 working day time frame. The phone had no defects and works perfectly, they even installed Google Play as it was listed on the website! They sent multiple emails regarding the confirmation of purchase and they provided the code to track my package using FedEx. I highly recommend this service if you want cheaper flagship phones or China-exclusive phones! Just be sure to read the red text on the product description if it is compatible with Google Play/services.

Ordered saturday, came Thursday to Slovenia. 4 day delivery basically. The packaging was good, no damage, everything included in the box, along with the adapter. Good support, great response time and Paypal
