Easy ordering process and quick…but with problems...
Easy ordering process and quick delivery, took about 5 days to arrive to the UK. So no problem there at all. But there was a problem... emailed their customer services, which were very quick to reply, but also quite rude, but I'll let that go. So before you buy, just be warned if your phone comes with a Chinese ROM, yes it will have Play Store, and Google Services, but certain Google apps won't work properly. The main one being ANDROID AUTO. it won't connect to your car and I'm not sure what other google apps won't work properly either. So know this before you buy your phone. This is not stated on their website, which I feel it should be under the description for the phone. The other problem, is that if you want to return the item, they charge a £50 admin fee, and the phone has to be returned with everything pretty much as it would be unopened which is an impossible thing to do. And then they state that there could be another charge of upto 40% of the cost of the phone, and if they have your phone, and ask for another £300, what do you do?!
