Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

A business that really delivers

Phone arrived in perfect condition and delivery was very quick considering the time needed for the phone to be unlocked and flashed with an EU ROM. Wonda's communication was excellent with all of my email queries handled very efficiently. I highly recommend Wonda Mobile.

Excellent customer service

Ordering was a smooth experience, price was competitive and delivery very quick (3 working days to Australia) but it was Wonda's customer support that impressed me the most. My device worked right out of the box but after I plugged in to charge something went wrong and the device would no longer turn on. I was concerned I might not see a replacement or refund but I emailed to explain and after returning the faulty device have received a working replacement just as quick as the first one. Very happy ! Will be purchasing through Wonda again. Thank you.

Though my phone was stolen by someone…

Though my phone was stolen by someone else from mailbox (getting it sorted with local Garda) Delivery took 5 working days from China to Ireland. So hats off to the team. Item dispatched in less than 24 hours if payment confirmation. I would definitely buy again from them.
