Above all expectations

Week ago I ordered OnePlus 13T. I was really skeptical at first, but it turned out I found best phone shop on the internet! Where should I even begin.. Shipping - quickest I ever seen. It is astonishingly fast. It took less than a week from initial order to get to Estonia. Not only that, but customer service is best I ever seen. They reply in MINUTES to ANY questions. And they were helpful, no matter how annoying I was. Thank you very much for that. Until today I was ordering from many different sites, and no one of them has same best quality service as Wondamobile. I can only recommend. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery to UK

Very fast delivery to UK. I have ordered a Vivo X200 Ultra on Thursday 19th of June and on Monday the 23rd of June, I have received the product. I have paid through a bank transfer to an UK local account and I have received 5% discount - please make sure you write the reference received in the email for the transfer reference, if you do so. As soon as I have done the transfer, I have sent Wonda an email with the details, they replied quickly and shipped the product. The product arrived in perfect condition with Google Play installed. All the custom fees / VAT have been covered by Wonda Mobile. It was the best price I could find on the internet for the product. I'll definitely by from Wonda next time. Thank you very much.

I bought oppo n5 phone it arrived quickly but non of the uk apps are working it not connecting to any smartwatch customer service is very poor

Went against my instincts

Felt unbelievably dodgy ordered Mi 14 pro for £100 cheaper than found elsewhere with tax included and upgraded shipping. Went against my better judgement and even revolut said this is likely a scam. Looked at the reviews that all seemed positive and went with it and was so pleasantly surprised. Such a great service. Can't imagine I would ever use another service to buy a mobile In the future 10/10 Things to note - UK customer - Had delivered by DHL to designated locker as was worried would leave on my doorstep

Excellent!

Ordered a Galaxy S24 on Saturday night with free delivery, and received it in the UK on Wednesday morning! The phone arrived exactly as described: brand new and sealed. Wonda Mobile were fantastic! They were highly responsive to my emails and always replied within hours. Their stock alert worked well and I was immediately informed when the Violet colour was back in stock. They gave frequent updates about the delivery and FedEx tracking. The whole process was perfect from start to finish, 10/10! I would absolutely recommend Wonda Mobile and I look forward to buying from them again!

My device developed fault in about 3…

My device developed fault in about 3 days, I emailed them, they gave me address to post it to. Postage was expensive (from Ireland) however they provided full refund and covered the shipping (as the item was faulty - not their fault - screen started to flicker after 2-3 days of use). Anyway happy with the service

Versand war sehr schnell aber leider ist die Schutzfolie ab

Es war das erste mal das ich bei Wonda Mobile bestellt habe. Der Versand ging ziemlich schnell von Hongkong nach Deutschland in 3 Tage. Beim Auspacken des Gerätes ist mir erstmal nicht aufgefallen das keine Schutzfolie drauf ist die eigentlich immer ab werk drauf ist. Leider hat meine Handy jetzt schon Kratzer da ich es immer auf das Display lege z.B. auf einem Tisch oder Stuhl. Ich kann nicht ganz verstehen warum die Schutzfolie entfernt wurde aber gut. Leider nur 2 Sterne deswegen.

Simplemente perfecto. Pedido hecho y tardó un dia en enviarlo, pero lo mejor es que el pedido tardó 3 días desde Wonda hasta mis manos, todo correcto y tal como se prometió y encima mas barato que en otras webs chinas de su competencia
