My device developed fault in about 3…

My device developed fault in about 3 days, I emailed them, they gave me address to post it to. Postage was expensive (from Ireland) however they provided full refund and covered the shipping (as the item was faulty - not their fault - screen started to flicker after 2-3 days of use). Anyway happy with the service

Only switches recently so can't comment on the app much but had to reach out to support twice, each time I was connected in less then a minute. The support was very nice and solved my issue. The 2nd time I was chatting to Ajay and he resolved my issue very quickly. Overall I like services that are managed over the app, including the suppprt to take away hassle of calling etc ...
