Great service
I expected that it would be a stressful process, but fortunately Joshua Cohen, the case handler, was very helpful and explained the process to me in a clear and concise manner. Iβd been stressing about the situation but he really helped calm my nerves and did a great job.

A guy called Josh helped me so much going through the questions sometimes I could tell him to come again and he would happily repeat and explain fully until I understood everything. Isma a lady who helped me first was also very good and cheerful.
