Don't use it's a fake company, scammers! The customer service is not even existent

Never order anything from this Winni.in almost poor quality products, finishing improper.. Customer care worst people will not accept their fate. Some days before I have order a personalized name bottle of 750 ml. The order was delivered and noticed that there is long paint marking at the body of the bottle. (already it is a white bottle the marking found is on red so easily noticeable). When contacted the customer care through whatsapp chat they say that it is a minor lining and complaint cannot be entertained. as conversation goes on they are telling after 24 hrs we will not entertain any complaints. Instead they should politely tell as we will accept our fate it is our fault in future we will take care and improve our quality of service... But nothing happens to me.. Worst customer service... does even know about the how to coordinate customers. So dont buy anything from this website.

Fake company. I ordered birthday cake and they delivered another cake in short they show something else and delivered something else . Another thing their customer service is also worst . I tried to chat with them regarding delivery and they not respond me And this thing happened with me twice time

Ordered birthday cake in the morning and it was delivered at 10 pm in the night 🌙 😴 Do you want to really use this this service next time???

Worse, don't buy from them, they said delivery free and then gets call you postal code is not for free delivery and then telling your pin code is different not what I gave, so they know more then me that what post code I live from 30 years. Wasted money and cake both.

It is a fake company. I paid rs 2168/- but didn't receive the order ND they have blocked my call.if you call from some other number and tell your id they immediately disconnect the call. Authorities should take proper action again such fake practices of cheating innocent buyers

Very bad quality bouquet and spoiled the occassion, never buy from winni.

Worst .. they are cheaters. They shown different image of cake & sent me different, charged me for 1 kg cake & delivered 600 gm cake. Nobody attend your complaints...

There services are pathetic they can't deliver the cake ontime most the cakes are not available.customer service is worst you need to call 3 to 4 times before someone is actually reday to talk. They pick up the call and hang it saying we can't hear you.. don't even try this website.

"I ordered a photo cake from Winni's website, but when it arrived, it had someone else's picture on it. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and ended up spending over 40 minutes on an international call, only to get nowhere. They simply refused to understand my problem, claiming it was a system error that mixed up the photos. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the order without receiving a refund. I lost both my money and valuable time. This feels like a photo cake scam by Winni. I strongly advise others to avoid them."

I'm currently abroad and ordered a cake for my dad's birthday who is in India. Apparently when the delivery service had called my dad, his number was switched off, which isn't true-his phone was working fine just minutes before and had also given an alternate number. The order status in the app changed to 'Returned'. I got in touch with their 'Customer Care' via WhatsApp who was very unresponsive and kept replying with prewritten answers. They then demanded extra payment for "re-delivery." I had no other go other than paying that as I had already spent so much time and energy into this. It took a day for them to reach out again and the delivery guy called my dad at 7 in the morning to confirm the order which was delivered 5 hours later. The cake was of very average quality (nothing you can't just buy from a corner store bakery) and the wordings on it were very shabby. If you think about it, this is a literal scam and I don't know how they are able to get away with this. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand; the positive ones on their website are definitely fake. Please be cautious when considering their services as it will ruin your special occasion. I would advice to never use any of their services, ever.

In birthday 6pm they are updating me we can't deliver the order because of out of stock and i placed my order in 2 days early. They Spoiler my surprises

Worst packaging ever! My cake is completely ruined, and the taste is just average. I ordered a Ferrero Rocher cake through Swiggy from Winni Cakes and More (Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore), and the cake arrived smashed on both the top and sides. The box was far too small, leading to the cake being squished during transit. While I understand the delivery person has a part to play, the packaging is mainly to blame. The cake started melting the minute it arrived, which indicates poor handling and improper storage during delivery. I highly recommend all my friends, colleagues, and relatives avoid ordering from Winni Cakes and More in the future. This experience has left me extremely disappointed.

Bad quality of products, cakes are not fresh. Poor customer care too

I ordered a product on the 16th, which showed a tentative delivery date of the 20th of September. When I checked on 20th, it is still saying waiting fulfilment. This is an extremely pathetic service. It was a birthday gift. The customer care was not helpful and rude.

They charged 250rs for delivery within 2hrs between 11pm to 11:59 pm and they returned the cake without delivering saying customer didnt answer the call and when we called them back they were asking to pay again for delivering next day.They rudely cut the call while talking.

I placed three orders for the first time on Winni and it was the pathetic and worst experience. The item delivered and the item received was totally different. Order: 408194116143 The Rakhi's delivered were worst in quality and totally different than ordered. Order: 408194116414 The Cake delivered in order was gone bad and tasted sour from inside. The Rakhi delivered was worst quality and totally different. Order: 408194111278 The Rakhi delivered was poor quality and totally different than ordered. All the Rakhi's were worst for their prices charged. 300-400 Rs were charged for Rakhi and Winni delivered 10 Rs worth Rakhi's. It's like showcasing horse and delivering donkey. I felt ashamed of gifting the delivered items to my relatives. I contacted their customer care. I didn't get any resolution neither the contact details for higher authority. Service agent's explanation was, They have already mentioned on website that "The item may vary in colour, size, shape based on the local availability". It doesn't give Winni right to charge 300-400 Rs and send 10 Rs worth items. Slight change is always acceptable but it's like different between horse and donkey.

Worst experience with winning.com. It was first time I orderd a rakhi pack of Rs. 6700 from their website on 15th August 2024, and today is 21st August, 2024, Rakhi festival is over a day ago and till date neither the courier is delivered nor I have any clue as to where the package is? And when will that be delivered. I strongly don't recommend this website for any order. They are very unprofessional. Ferns and Petals is the best I can say ong with IGP.
