Extremely disappointed with Winni. After a delayed birthday gift delivery, I was harassed by a woman linked to the delivery. She called me, my husband, and even our family members — using abusive language and threatening us, including his workplace. Despite raising a complaint, Winni took no action. This was a serious violation of our privacy and safety. Highly unprofessional and mentally disturbing experience. Not recommended at all.

I had the most terrible experience with Winni while trying to surprise my father on his birthday. I placed an order for a premium cake and a bouquet, but the entire process was a disaster. First, the delivery was falsely marked as “delivered” hours before the actual delivery. After several calls and messages, the items were finally delivered late at night, but to my shock, both the cake and bouquet were of very poor quality, completely different from what I ordered. The cake wasn’t fresh and smelled stale, and the bouquet looked like it was picked up from a random local shop, not worth the price I paid. Even worse, the delivery person himself admitted that Winni placed the order very late, and that the cake was bought from a local bakery for just ₹350, while I paid ₹1748. Later, the bakery called me directly to inform me that Winni hadn’t even paid them, and this wasn’t the first time they faced such issues with Winni. Their customer support was another nightmare — rude, unresponsive, and dismissive, offering only a generic apology and an irrelevant replacement offer, long after the occasion was ruined. I would never recommend Winni to anyone. They are unprofessional, deceptive, and unethical, and they clearly have no respect for their customers or even the vendors they work with. Save your money and your special moments — choose a more reliable service.

DO NOT BUY FROM WINNI web portal . I placed an order to surprise my father-in-law on his birthday. Unfortunately, the package received was far from what was shown on your website and lacked both presentation and appeal. The bouquet arrived with stale curry leaves (who puts curry leaves in bouquet !!) As for the cake, the mango on top were completely mushy, clearly not fresh which was highly disappointing. I requested them to send a fresh bouquet to the same delivery address. It would mean a lot to ensure the recipient's experience is made special and memorable but they denied and there was no refund. "ZERO RATINGS AND I WOULD SAY BAD EXPERIENCE"
Please don’t but any product or cake from Winnis , had the worst experience. They delivered the cake late for a function and delivered the damaged cake . And no support instead rude behaviour from customer care and zero solution provided. They accepted their mistake but did nothing about it . They assured to replace the cake but didn’t replace and started blaming me . Horribly ruined the surprise and day.Dont order

Pathetic management and customer service. The customer service rep is was not useful at all, did not offer a single useful piece of advice nor did he empathise. Very unprofessional bunch of individuals running this shitshow. Would never be returning to use their services again.
Guys pls do not purchase anything from winny nowadays they are just making money by fooling people by giving cheap quality cake in higher price...I have been purchasing cake from winny since last 6 years but day by day their service and cake quality is becoming 3rd class even their delivery and coustomer service very faltu...if you order cake in the morning they will deliver it in the night after 11 pm such unreliable site should be banned.
I had been a loyal customer of Winni for about 4 years. There had been service upsets in the past, but those were minor, like a delay in delivery or the design of the actual cake not matching the photo on the website. I was still OK with these things. This time, they ruined my niece's birthday by only sending a small cake with a blob of cream. Not only have they started cutting corners by reducing the cake portion, but they also use some tasteless, cheap cream. When I gave feedback on their website with 1 star, they did not show the review. I realised that they filter out the reviews to show only good things. Winni and their partners showed such manipulative, unprofessional behavior. Sorry, not taking it anymore now, finding some other cake delivery services.
I had a terrible experience with Winni Cakes. I ordered a birthday cake from Dubai for my daughter, who is currently studying in India. To my shock, when she received the cake, her name was completely wrong—it wasn’t even a minor spelling mistake, they replaced her name with a boy’s name! This is unacceptable, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. I had provided the correct name while placing the order, and there’s absolutely no excuse for this level of carelessness. It completely ruined the surprise and sentiment of the moment. I sincerely regret choosing Winni. Had I gone with Ferns and Petals, this wouldn't have happened. Extremely poor attention to detail and customer service—definitely not recommended.
VERY BAD SERVICE! I RECEIVED MY ORDWR LATE AND IN MESSY CONDITION. THE DELIVERY BOY TOLD ME NOT TO ORDER ONLINE AGAIN. MAYBE THEY DROPPED THE ORDER ON THE WAY OR THE FAULT OF THE MAKER OF THE CAKE. I AM NOT SATISFIED. I AM PAID FOR THE CAKE AND WHAT I GOT IS NOTHING. EVEN THE QUANTITY OF THE CAKE IS LESS NOT IN THE PROPER PROPORTION. I AM NOT SATISFIED. NEVER GOING TO ORDER AGAIN.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Winni for years, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust. I ordered a Mother’s Day gift well in advance for delivery on May 11th. Shockingly, the gift was forcefully delivered on May 13th, two full days late — completely ruining the sentiment and timing of the occasion. My elderly mother was left confused and unaware, which was heartbreaking. Despite multiple emails and messages requesting cancellation and a refund, Winni never responded. No apology, no update — just pure negligence. And now, to make matters worse, they are refusing to refund the money. It’s extremely disheartening to see how a company that once offered good service now fails to maintain even basic customer support. It’s clear they’ve lost focus on quality after building a customer base. Shameful service. Zero accountability. I will never use Winni again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them too.
Fraud Website......Does not give any update on the order till last moment & at the last moment they send an email that order cannot be fulfilled & order will be cancelled. We are unable to make any alternate arrangements by then. If you are looking to celebrate bdy or anniversary someone special through them.....Pls don't...........They will spoin your day....................
Very pathetic company they will show a differs picture and items delivered are also of very poor quality.. I trusted them for a very important delivery but they screwed it up with pathetic quality flowers
The web app ordering process commits to a maximum delivery date. Truth is Winni cannot commit the exact delivery date and time. Why does it even provide the maximum delivery date in the web app of Winni? Customer service chat is horrible they unapologetically and nonchalantly tells "At least 7-10 working days" for third party service after completely missing the delivery date by more than 2 days. Worst company ever!. Bought a mothers day cake & bouquet. There was no updates when it will be delivered.. later my mom had to go & pick up the order because the delivery guy failed to.show up. The cake was OK.. but the bouquet was pathetic. Nothing like the picture.. hardly any leaves & very less flowers...no big ribbons & fancy packing like advertised. It came in a small plastic cpne wrapped together. So small...I paid 600rs for a bouquet that I could have bought for 100rs in mu local flower shop😡 People please avoid

Please don't order anything from Winni. I had ordered a bouquet and a greeting card on 11th May at 2pm, the order was supposed to be delivered by evening 5pm, which didn’t happened. The delivery boy Amit called us at midnight 12.30am regarding the order. A partial item in a very bad condition was delivered next day evening 4pm. Firstly, the delivery boy don’t have any etiquette of calling a customer at midnight 13.30am. Secondly, the bouquet was ordered for 8 roses, which came with a quantity of only 4-5 roses that too in a bad condition. Thirdly, we paid for a greeting card which was not delivered. Fourthly, no refund yet given, no response from customer support, and very unprofessional behaviour by the delivery partners. Requesting Winni owners to shut down this business, as you guys are fooling people and it is a big SCAM.
