Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience with Winni
I had the most terrible experience with Winni while trying to surprise my father on his birthday. I placed an order for a premium cake and a bouquet, but the entire process was a disaster. First, the delivery was falsely marked as “delivered” hours before the actual delivery. After several calls and messages, the items were finally delivered late at night, but to my shock, both the cake and bouquet were of very poor quality, completely different from what I ordered. The cake wasn’t fresh and smelled stale, and the bouquet looked like it was picked up from a random local shop, not worth the price I paid. Even worse, the delivery person himself admitted that Winni placed the order very late, and that the cake was bought from a local bakery for just ₹350, while I paid ₹1748. Later, the bakery called me directly to inform me that Winni hadn’t even paid them, and this wasn’t the first time they faced such issues with Winni. Their customer support was another nightmare — rude, unresponsive, and dismissive, offering only a generic apology and an irrelevant replacement offer, long after the occasion was ruined. I would never recommend Winni to anyone. They are unprofessional, deceptive, and unethical, and they clearly have no respect for their customers or even the vendors they work with. Save your money and your special moments — choose a more reliable service.
