Absolutely misleading and irresponsible
The web app ordering process commits to a maximum delivery date. Truth is Winni cannot commit the exact delivery date and time. Why does it even provide the maximum delivery date in the web app of Winni? Customer service chat is horrible they unapologetically and nonchalantly tells "At least 7-10 working days" for third party service after completely missing the delivery date by more than 2 days. No refund process for non-delivery. It's
