Please don't order anything from Winni. I had ordered a bouquet and a greeting card on 11th May at 2pm, the order was supposed to be delivered by evening 5pm, which didn’t happened. The delivery boy Amit called us at midnight 12.30am regarding the order. A partial item in a very bad condition was delivered next day evening 4pm. Firstly, the delivery boy don’t have any etiquette of calling a customer at midnight 13.30am. Secondly, the bouquet was ordered for 8 roses, which came with a quantity of only 4-5 roses that too in a bad condition. Thirdly, we paid for a greeting card which was not delivered. Fourthly, no refund yet given, no response from customer support, and very unprofessional behaviour by the delivery partners. Requesting Winni owners to shut down this business, as you guys are fooling people and it is a big SCAM.
