What a fantastic estate agents I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us sell our Aunties house in woodley and went above and beyond to help us . Rob and Gary always kept us up to date on everything from the beginning to the end. Gary did a fantastic video on YouTube. Worth a look to see how fantastic they would be on selling your home.
Gary was really knowledgeable, friendly and detailed in his understanding. Gary would have lots of comparable listings to justify his perspective and would give full and detailed answers to our adhoc questions. Also the Whiteknights team from answering calls, updating us and sending emails was very proficient and friendly. Thank you for your help.
I highly recommend Gary and his staff who have been very helpful with my move, a new experience for me. Gary was always available to answer my many questions, giving good, reassuring advice, resolving any problems and keeping me informed of the progress of both sale and purchase.

I have given a 5 based on Scott Marlin’s work. I found Scott extremely knowledgeable, helpful and insightful. He made advertising the property very simple and was clear as the process and cost options. His intervention out of hours at a crucial point saved a considerable delay. I can’t praise his work too highly.

The Team at Whiteknights represents among the highest levels of customer service i have experienced. Response to queries were turned around very fast. I would recommend anyone to give them a try for any property related matter.
One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They blank refused to let us view a house. They wanted to put us through an "affordability check", which no one else requests, but I can accept. However, I wasn't comfortable giving my personal financial details to someone phoning from a mobile, who told me that he wouldn't save data, but how do I know? I phoned WhiteKnights and said that if I had to prove affordability my broker would call them - Unlike their person, my broker has spoken with the bank, knows my finances and has run credit checks. But no, I could *only* speak to their mortgage person, who told me he'd benefit financially if I used his services - it's purely a sales pitch. Since then they've been rude, uncooperative and as I say, refusing a viewing. If I was selling my house through them (and I never would) it would raise alarms knowing very keen buyers are being turned away.
finally exchanged contracts today !! Thankyou so much for the ongoing support and dedication from both Scott and Danielle who kept us updated and informed every step of the way. This has been a particularly long and stressful process through no fault of Whiteknights , just a lot of bad luck but we have finally got there !! This is the second time we have used Whiteknights and if we had to go through this process again i would use them everytime.
Having just successfully completed on my sale I have been impressed with the way Scott has dealt with the hole process. From advice on how to market my home through to Dani's sales progression. I would recommend asking Scott in for advice on marketing your home.
