What a fantastic estate agents I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us sell our Aunties house in woodley and went above and beyond to help us . Rob and Gary always kept us up to date on everything from the beginning to the end. Gary did a fantastic video on YouTube. Worth a look to see how fantastic they would be on selling your home.

Gary was really knowledgeable, friendly and detailed in his understanding. Gary would have lots of comparable listings to justify his perspective and would give full and detailed answers to our adhoc questions. Also the Whiteknights team from answering calls, updating us and sending emails was very proficient and friendly. Thank you for your help.

I highly recommend Gary and his staff who have been very helpful with my move, a new experience for me. Gary was always available to answer my many questions, giving good, reassuring advice, resolving any problems and keeping me informed of the progress of both sale and purchase.

Managing end to end process - thanks to John.

My recent experience with John has been exceedingly excellent. When I was experiencing doubt and uncertainty that my exchange of contract will not come through, John stepped in and coordinated things from start to finish. He was available to me morning, noon and night and always was in contact. I only wish I had the good fortune of having him from the start when the process started months ago. I can not commend John enough for his calmness, tenacity, drive, experience and expertise to drive things to a successful close. Please accept my grateful thanks and I can say with pride that John is the best in the industry. WhiteKnights is so much richer having him as part of the team. Much appreciated.

Whitenights Lower Earley - Lynne

The lower Earley team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lynne who was our property manager for Notton Way, she has been brilliant and very understanding in our circumstances that were totally out of our control. In the past we have used estate agents that have been useless and just plain rude but not Lynne at Whitenights. In every situation she has managed to come up with a result that is best for both parties. We did not have one bad experience and would definitely use again. Would also like to say how smooth the check out process has been. Charlotte was also very understanding and so helpful with our needs. Overall there isn't a bad thing to say about Whitenights at Lower Earley. Thank you Lynne and the team, keep up the good work! :)

Great Support and ownership

Have to recognize this company, especially Gary Waite who phoned me on a Saturday. I had massive concerns about the purchase of my house affected by a Cyber security breach at JS Law. He personally contacted the law firm, who kept on stone walling me and managed to give me feedback and generate progress on my file which was heading toward missing critical deadlines and could have left me without a home. Great service and ownership of their part in the transaction shown.

I've just delivered wine to the Lower…

I've just delivered wine to the Lower Earley staff who sold my house. After some initial stuttering with viewings and a dropout buyer Simon, Becky, Kim, Dani & John soon kicked in with their professionalism & experience. After a one to one with Simon, Whiteknights totally showed me why I chose this agent over the yellow & blue lot (without prejudice) and completely sorted the sale of my 2-bed terraced in Chilcombe Way Rg6 immediately. Right now, I’m sitting in my office of my new 3 bed Semi in Tilehurst typing this deserved review. I’m glad I chose Whiteknights as they are truly experienced, prompt, professional & a real pleasure to deal with - they really know what they are doing and it shows. If i move again this is undoubtedly where I’ll be signing up -my friend will also be doing the same when he moves soon... Thanks for making this happen Whiteknights Lower Earley, happy to recommend.

Whiteknights Tilehurst Recommended

Having dealt with and been let down (in our house sale) by a number of other estate agents; Whiteknights provided a breath of fresh air. They listened to what we had to say, got a sale quickly with a sound buyer and managed the process well throughout whilst keeping us informed all the way. The circumstances were tricky due to Covid but Scott and John particularly provided excellent customer service and completed our sale. I would definitely recommend Whiteknights for their professional and efficiently manner.

Got the job done in the end.

We've bought and then sold a house through WhiteKnights. Some of the staff in the Lower Earley office are very pleasant, others less so. Felt we were let down overall through neglect.
