What a fantastic estate agents I would recommend them to anyone. They helped us sell our Aunties house in woodley and went above and beyond to help us . Rob and Gary always kept us up to date on everything from the beginning to the end. Gary did a fantastic video on YouTube. Worth a look to see how fantastic they would be on selling your home.

Gary was really knowledgeable, friendly and detailed in his understanding. Gary would have lots of comparable listings to justify his perspective and would give full and detailed answers to our adhoc questions. Also the Whiteknights team from answering calls, updating us and sending emails was very proficient and friendly. Thank you for your help.

Trustworthy and efficient.
We recently sold our house with WhiteKnights, we had previously bought the property with them. The sales team were polite, friendly, professional, offering sound advice and a clear plan to market and sell the house. It sold in under a week at a price higher than other valuations. Scott Marlin has exceptional knowledge and an honest approach, and was a pleasure to deal with. The aftersales care was also brilliant.

Supportive, positive, and patient throughout
We chose Whiteknights because of a combination of their reputation and because they were willing to sell our home for more than the other estate agents in the area. A promise they delivered on. When our first buyers dropped out Whiteknights rapidly secured half a dozen more, and were endlessly supportive, positive, and patient throughout the whole ordeal, always able to offer help to keep things moving forward no matter how chaotic the situation or how many bumps there were in the road.

waste of money
People use their services as they feel more comfortable on high street shopping /fear of unknowns. In my opinion, They are not adding any value as an agency, and then more problems of invoicing / rent distribution in different account last year when they switch the system. I found it much more easy to handle myself and charges of maintenance are reduced by half, no expenses at start and end of tenancy (all their contractor super expensive).
