Great customer service from Alex when we were on a tight timescale. All resolved and followed up on.
Calls are answered promptly. New equipment delivered speedily. Technicians are helpful and responsive.
First . I can honestly say that this company and in particular their employees made the whole experience from start to finish outstanding. From the inception of my tentative enquiry with their sales department through their representative Olivia who guided me through the process . To the actual work on site by first the Garden team Mark and Billy , who both worked to get the job done in a timely professional manner . To the final link up by Jake was fantastic. Mark guided me through the work needed to get the cable installed giving me confidence and assurance as to the end result . Thank you to all at Wessex Internet.

Top service. Had issue with my elderly neighbours Internet. Tech team were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist. In the end need a new router, which was ready the next morning. And as they were local, I was able to go pick it up. Great company with great customer focus
We have been with Wessex for both our Broadband and telephone for two years now and have enjoyed excellent communications – both domestically and worldwide - ever since. And should we call for advice or assistance we’ve been answered by knowledgeable folk who speak English (!) Recently, as very OAPs being coached by telephone, we found difficulty setting up an internet booster system throughout our stone cottage but the patience of Ben Young was infinite and an extremely helpful technician arrived at 9.0 next morning and sorted out the problems – and others beyond his remit. After seventy years of couldn’t care less ‘service’ from the Other Lot, it’s a pleasure to deal with a small, efficient and personalised company.
Ben in the support team goes above and beyond to help, even when it is outside his remit. I would absolutely recommend Wessex Internet their after care is second to non, always on the other end of the phone should you need them.
