Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Terrible customer service and non-existent tech support. Could only get a signal in one room and then offered to rent me booster boxes at £5 per booster/month. Don't expect a reply from this shoddy business. After 9 days waiting for tech support to contact me I left whilst still in the cooling off period.. All customer support seem to do is come up with tactics to try and get you past the 14 day cooling off period. Claimed they investigated problem; which meant passing me immediately on to their Technical department, who I never heard from. Even 2 days after installation they were telling me that I couldn't cancel, so beware if you should encounter any problems. As a tip: Maybe offer your total wifi to be a set price for up to 3 boxes rather than per box.
Excellent customer service from Katie, answered all my questions and was very flexible on installation dates to suit us, thank you very much and looking forward to decent internet at last 👍
Contacts and imformation has been brilliant, right from the initial mention of connecting the village some 2-3 years ago.Did have a slight issue with our internal wi fi signal which has been sorted with a booster thanks especially to Anthony and Alex for there help. Customer service is exceptional with this company.

An actual person on the end of the phone helping deliver great customer service, makes a pleasant change these days. Also Wessex Internet came to village to do presentation of what can be offered and to explain how they carry the installations out which will always help the community better understand. Fingers crossed the installation into my home and the Internet I receive will match the above!
Throughout the process of installing full fibre broadband to the village and our home, the team at Wessex Internet were extremely helpful and courteous, be it telephone support, garden works, installation of cables or connection. In particular, Katie and others in Customer Service were always available at the end of phone to answer any queries or concerns I had, advising & processing these in a friendly & patient manner. Full fibre is now up & running in our Listed property and what a difference it's made to our lives. Thank you.
