The garden team 3 installed the ground works today, very helpful and keen to ensure they did the best job possible. There was a problem with the membrane below our driveway being too close to the surface which couldn’t be overcome but not the fault of the team

This is in relation to the garden works, I am still waiting for the final connection. Garden works team three were all very friendly, talked through the best ways of taking the cable to the point where I wanted it and answered all my questions. They did the the work nicely and cleared up after themselves.

Adrian done the installation inside the house today, very helpful and understood we will be doing renovations, was happy to leave some extra length cable so we can move the hub anywhere in the house later on. WiFi speeds great 250mbps and low ping, in a rural area

Pre installation survey and connection very straightforward and tidy. New Internet up and running immediately. Very pleased. Maddie and Ben in Sales very helpful throughout and Jamie very good on the installation.

The guys that laid the new fibre to the house were efficient, professional and friendly, then someone came to fit the router inside, my previous set up wasn’t ideal but he suggested work around and fitted a booster to ensure coverage down the garden to a work from home summer house, worked quickly, efficiently and was tidy

I have been with Wessex for around five months now, i have had NO issues, the download speed here in deepest North Dorset is 100Mb +, whats not too like. I was with Plusnet/BT before who offered a service called full fibre, weird really as it was obviously a copper phone line. BUT that is why i moved, Oh and its £6.00 per month CHEAPER than Plusnet for an infinetly better service

I had the elite garden team 3 over this afternoon to carry out the first fix of the fibre broadband. Very friendly bunch of chaps, very helpful and polite. They did a lovely job and put all the gravel back etc. Many thanks

Garden Team 3. Courteous and efficient. Fibre connection from road to house done in no time. Thank you for your reply Wessex. I would add that the Road Team were also brilliant. Never too much trouble in letting us out when blocking drive. Another 5* service.
