From the relaxed and unrushed viewing held by Alex to the efficient service and amazing communication from Helen in the contracts team I can’t fault the Waterfords Fleet branch. Helen kept me updated and was beyond friendly it felt like chatting to a friend at points. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
Waterfords Yateley is a superb estate agency. Beth and Harry are an outstanding team who both know the market and area very well. Their assistance throughout the process, particularly liaising with solicitors, buyers and other agents, has enabled us to sell as smoothly as possible. The sale of my house completed today and I have to say a HUGE thank you to Richard Day at Waterfords, Camberley. Our situation was complicated as we are merging two households with 2 houses to sell and, whilst my sale through Waterfords was relatively straightforward, Richard was always there, keeping me informed of what was happening and really making sure that we could make the sale move along in good time and in the best interest of both parties. However, Richard was not just doing everything we would hope an estate agent would do for our sale, he also became a hughly valuable source of reason, valuable information and support with regard to our onward purchase...which has proved far from straightforward and I can't thank him enough for keeping me sane - or relatively at least, through what has been a very difficult and highly irregular experience at the hands of not just one but two other local estate agents. Curiously when we were going through the process of looking for an estate agent to sell for us, Waterfords Camberley, were also far and away the most professional and reasonable from the word go - I have moved so many times in my life, and never felt remotely inclined to write a positive review for an estate agent, but this is absolutely the exception. It is so refreshing to find a team who provide the service that they say they will from start to finish. Genuinely - thank you.
I wouldn't use this company again based on my experience with Camberley branch. Tried to get a viewing booked, no phone calls just email, they finally got back to give us with a date & time. We replied agreeing to the viewing details, then... nothing. No confirmation for a few days. We finally got an email confirmation a day before viewing. We got to the property on time and no agent was present, i had to call the branch to find out, they didn't know so they would call back. I then get a text saying your viewing has been cancelled because its now sold, no other communication. How about trying calling your customers? I don't mind properties being sold quick its the nature of the business, but to not even call us to check and completely waste our time is not on. We will be staying away from this company moving forward.

The team at Waterfords in Fleet were very professional and helpful, we were looking for a property on behalf of elderly parents. The manager understood our needs and recommended we look at an apartment that he thought might be suitable - it was. The purchase was handled very well, we were kept informed on progress, the team were always available to answer questions and facilitated handing the keys to a cleaning company so the apartment could be professionally cleaned prior to our parents moving in. Can highly recommend the entire team based on our experience.
The two agents I've been speaking to (Rob and Matt) have been wonderfully helpful from the beginning: they have been very quick at answering my queries and have made very easy the process of getting my offer accepted.
Where to begin? Waterfords has been an amazing estate agency to deal with. We bought our forever-house through them, and we will never regret it. Without the support and care of Shaun, Lizzie and the rest of their incredible team (Waterfords Yateley), we would have never made it. They have been professional, corteous and available for any extra viewing or query we might have had. Furthermore, when the situation got quite tricky due to COVID, delays and the usual problems of a chain, Shaun has always stepped in to reassure all sides involved. We could have not hoped for more. We recently completed our purchase of a house through the Waterford’s Camberley branch. Given the current situation and workload in the housing market our seven link chain proved very difficult in closing and that was mainly due to our buyers and issues with their solicitors. Michael Thomas at the Camberley Branch was invaluable in getting this deal completed and worked tirelessly in trying to contact our buyers solicitors to resolve issues that were preventing exchange/completion. Although Michael didn’t have any direct affiliation with our house sale he took it upon himself to go above and beyond to get the job done. He sent numerous email chains copying in all solicitors and estate agents and even spoke to our buyers to give them some guidance and advice as their estate agent (P’Bricks) became invisible after having taken their fee at the beginning of the whole process. Michael and I would speak on a daily basis and he is the type of gentleman that even if there is no information or update, he shall call to advise which is greatly appreciated as a client because as we all know there is nothing worse than being told to expect a call back and it never comes. I genuinely believe that Michael was crucial in getting this deal completed and would highly recommend the Camberley Waterford’s branch. I know if we ever move again, there is only one agent that we shall be using.
