You have taken money twice from me for…
You have taken money twice from me for urinary irrigation water which is on auto ship but I have no water and daughter has non functioning urostomy and without it she can not eliminate. We are close to being out of water and you are new to us and we believed you when you said you would ship the water and took my money. Please send my four cases of water you have already been paid for because it is becoming a serious problem.
