You gave us a purchase order number, then charge our credit card and then cancel the order. Terrible customer service. We want the charge ( refund ) back on our credit card. Dan
The entire time prior to the shipping of my items I was unable to access the items online to alter the list of items because I wanted to purchase quite a bit more than what it was actually sent to me so perhaps work on that part of your software so that in the future I can view and edit my order before you Auto send it thank you
