Hard to find some items. If I hadn't bought certain items before, and had my shipping paperwork, I wouldn't have found the items I was looking for. And after researching the over the bed table, the 2, I wanted to purchase were out of stock. Making me go with my 4th choice.

I never got a tracking number, never got a confirmation email! When I called the employee said there is a tracking number but he did not give it to me, instead he told me to wait 24 hrs and i should get it in a email. NEVER GOT IT! NEVER GOT NOTICE WHEN THE PACKAGE WOULD BE DELIVERED! BUT VM DID NOT WASTE A MOMENT TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT! WORSE CASE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I WOULD GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT McDONALDS AND THAT NOT SAYING MUCH!!! HELL I DONT EVEN KNOW WHICH CARRIER IS DELIVERING THE PACKAGE! THANK YOU FOR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED!!!!
