When I order I used my PO Box for…
When I order I used my PO Box for delivery. Got email indicating items shipped. Credit card was charged. Never receive items. When I called in was advised company doesn't ship to PO Box address. Why would you allow the address to be imputed? Why did you bill my credit card knowing you wouldn't ship to a PO Boxes? Why is there a delay in refund when you know you don't ship to PO Boxes... So You know I didn't receive the items???
