Quick delivery to Spain. Box arrived in good condition and contents intact. Once order dispatched did not receive a tracking number.

This is the second order I had put through Vinatis and while i was generally very happy with the experience there was one aspect which slightly troubled me They had clearly run out of my choice of Provence Rose and while they substituted an approximate equivalent it was not what i wanted and I would have preferred my money back or the option to choose a replacement

The wine arrived really quickly after placing the order

Have used Vinatis lots and never had an issue but this time only 1 out of 2 cases came so am still waiting for a case of 6 to arrive 😕

Another delivery today of several boxes of their ‘special’ mixed 6 for around £29 each ... you can’t go wrong, the red alone retails at £13.50. Lovely wines, the red stands out especially. Prompt delivery by Hermes albeit in two lots. My new favourite wine retailer.

Bought two bottles of Bollinger champagne in gift boxes as I needed them as a gift. One arrived with a damaged gift box as the person who was packaging it for shipment, has pierced it through. It looks unpresentable. Very disappointing!

Prompt delivery, well packaged, fantastic wine. What more could you ask for. Will be using Vinatis again. Plus they have a great selection of wines to choose from.

Two red Languedoc-Roussillon swapped for much cheaper white Gascogne. Complained at once. Still no response

I made this purchase as a gift so I can't comment on the taste. However, the process of ordering was fine and the delivery was excellent.

So far so good , the quality of wine that I have had has been very good. The delivery has been good with no broken bottles . The price of the wines are good. At the moment I am very happy with everything. I would deff recommend Vinatis.
