Great packaging and swift delivery. I had been looking for Cote Tariquet which I last enjoyed in St Malo fifteen years ago. I'm not sure this is exactly the same wine, although the family is the same, but it is still very good.
The wine I've got is great but they need a different delivery company as DPD managed to break one of the bottles in a case so would then not deliver it, very frustrating as I now can't get this wine as they will not resend.

Nothing wrong with the wine, delivery was fine too... but the price... I should have ordered elsewhere and saved forty five quid including delivery for the same wine... my fault entirely. Lesson learnt, never order 12 bottles of wine after you’ve drunk a couple of bottles of the same stuff at a London restaurant... ordered it on the train journey home 🥳
I ordered wine from both Vinatis and Laithwaites on the same day. I have been enjoying the Vinatis wines for several days, but only just been notified that Laithwaites are shipping to me. I bought two different Rose's and 6 Macon Village. All three wines are wonderful. So good quality, decent price and outstanding wines. Hmmm. I will be returning soon!
Always been good service and good selection but on this occasion two thirds of my order was smashed and had been sometime before the dpd chap tried to drop it with me (because the box was dry but full of brocken glass0 so it looks like Vinatis needs to find another delivery/packaging solution
Wine was great. But be careful! They advertise in euros, the invoice is in euros and then mysteriously when you pay the bill is converted to pounds at a 1 to 1 rate. At current rates, that means you pay 10% more than you think. So the wines are more expensive than advertised and billed. When questioned Vinatis says thats just the way its done.no notice on website, no explanation. Seriously not right.

Ordered one bottle for a wine tasting. It arrived, but as soon as I picked up the box I realised the bottle was in a lot of pieces. Package wasn't wet so it was broken some time before it got to me. I have emailed asking for a replacement. Just received an automated response and nothing further so still waiting......

I have been using Vinatis since the start of lockdown. Even at the beginning the wine arrived within a week, the last order, last week, took 4 days to arrive. The wine is top quality & prices are good considering the high quality. I particularly like the reds from the Languedoc, they are all very impressive. Great service from a great company.
I ordered two fairly decent bottles of wine for my father's birthday. The tracking information said there was a problem with the parcels and I sent Vinatis a message to query this. The message has still not been responded to (4 working days). The following day - one day after my father's birthday - the tracking information said the parcels had been delivered when they hadn't. Cue a second message to Vinatis reporting the issue and requesting a refund. I'm still waiting. Terrible customer service. Next time I'll use Amazon.
