I ordered 7 bottles of Champagne. I received one bottle, delivered on its own. No sign of the rest. I sent a query to their customer services (there's no phone number) and 2 days later have yet to have any response, even though they promise a reply 'within 24hrs'...

I recieved two bottles of wine instead of the ones I ordered,I have e-mailed Vinatis and three days later I am still waiting for a reply,this is not the first time this has happened.They are not very good at prompt replies and when they do reply they send non reply e-mails.An unhappy customer once again

Website easy to navigate, and exceptional deals on great wines! Lots from Burgundy - always high on my to do list, and really good to see some wines from much underestimated Portugal too - little beats the Douro up and comings! A pleasure to shop with Vinatis - speedy delivery too!

My order was not delivered when i contacted i was informed that the shipment was damaged in transit and whether i wanted a refund i requested a replacement and was informed that this was being processed to date nothing the service and info is extremely poor

Yes excellent range French wines and excellent service Currently better than my old favourite The Wine Society! Currently enjoying the Roubertas Provence Rose which I would describe as traditional versatile full bodied rose which has been a little elusive in these parts.

This was my fifth order with Vinatis, As with the previous orders it arrived in full, ahead of time and no breakages. They have a fantastic selection of Rosè which I have been enjoying throughout the summer! I will say the tasting notes left by other customers have been very helpful. Looking forward to my autumn delivery of full bodied reds!

Hello. Only a minor gripe (rather than grape..) as sadly only 5 of the 6 cases (of x6) wines I ordered arrived on Friday. Evidently a case was damaged in transit (according to DPD - who I now understand then destroy such items) so I am awaiting news from Vinatis as to how we resolve this issue. The wine consumed that did arrive, however, (DOMAINE DE ROCHEGRES 2016 - ALBERT BICHOT) is excellent. Thanks Hugh

I have bought a number of 5ltr wineboxes from Vinatis since 'lockdown' in the UK and have never been disappointed with either the service or the product. My default wine is now the Cote du Rhone which is always on tap, smooth and makes for very easy drinking.

Great service as usual - very fast and efficient delivery and lovely wines.
