We have used Utilities Made Simple for 3 energy renewals, dealing with Sean on each occasion. In complete contrast to our past experience with other similar companies, we have not been hassled or pressed for a quick decision as if in a street market, but presented with a list of suppliers and projected annual costs. Sean has always been happy to discuss the options, give advice on whether or not to wait a while in the hope that the energy market might improve, and produce updated prices as necessary. A real pleasure to deal with!
