We have used Utilities Made Simple for 3 energy renewals, dealing with Sean on each occasion. In complete contrast to our past experience with other similar companies, we have not been hassled or pressed for a quick decision as if in a street market, but presented with a list of suppliers and projected annual costs. Sean has always been happy to discuss the options, give advice on whether or not to wait a while in the hope that the energy market might improve, and produce updated prices as necessary. A real pleasure to deal with!

Its business electricity contract renewal time. I have been inundated in calls from lots of different agents. Ionic and Love energy to name a couple. Zoe from utilities made simple was just an absolute breath of fresh air. She listened to my request not to quote british gas as I will never deal with them again. She never hid her phone number or called on multiple different numbers. Pricing was clear, she took the time to listen to my business needs and got me a contract that was best for us.

Expensive, having all sorts of trouble now with my monthly payment it’s so high I’m currently £2.600 in credit which they will not give bacK to me I can not wait till it’s over I’ll be going back to British Gas direct complete nightmare
