Do not use this company

Do not use this company, i am in my 7 day trail and it's not possible to cancel my subscription, only via chat. When you start the chat they say they will answer you in hours. I guess this is a company that doesnt have your best interests at heart. After their answer underneath: The answer of UpGrow is a complete lie. I got the following messages from them in chat when i asked to cancel. It takes me 1 minute to get an account and it takes me days to cancel! Be aware of this terrible service! I completely understand if you’re still leaning towards canceling. If you’re sure, please follow this Calendly link to schedule a call to discuss things further. Buyer Beware!

We signed a customer up for their Turbo AI Plan and selected USA and Canada targets. The Upgrow dashboard shows 75% came from these markets, our customers' IG account shows 85% came from Bangladesh. We only received 1,027 Followers of the "3,500 - 5,000+ Real Followers /mo" in their Turbo Plan. We have contacted them several times to cancel the account, but they refuse to respond and continue to bill our credit card $299/month.

Only attracts fake/bot accounts

I used Upgrow to increase the followers for a travel blogging instagram account. All followers we got were very low quality. Nearly all were accounts that appeared to be fake or bots with little followers. Over the course of a month we did gain a lot of these followers but not a single one of them interacted with our page. Contacting Upgrow for help with your account is impossible. There is no one that responds through the chat feature and no other contact method. No way to cancel your account without reaching a person. This company is horrible - highly recommend using a different one.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. You get followers however they are all bots and not real people. The data they present doesn’t line up with instagram it’s all nonsense. They also do not allow you to cancel subscription I have been messaging them for ages now to cancel and no response. I have reported them.

Be warned, cancellation is impossible!!

I want to cancel my subscription, unfortunately, you can only unsubscribe by chatting with them. But..... THEY ARE NEVER ONLINE!!!!! Oh and the followers are fake as F. UPDATE AFTER REACTION UNDER THIS REVIEW: Still no one has responded and my subscription is renewed this month again! Please don't ever make an account on this scam site!!

STAY AWAY

Do not trust this company. It’s all fake. They say it’s easy to cancel/get a refund if you’re not satisfied with the service but that’s rubbish, the messages keep deleting and they don’t get back to any emails. When I asked to cancel and get a refund I was left on read. Ironic that they can keep up to date with all of the replies on their reviews. They say you can cancel easy on the website, this is not true there is no way to cancel through the website. Small business owners STAY AWAY

I've been trying to contact this scammy…

I've been trying to contact this scammy company to cancel my subscription for 2 months now but I get no response. I've tried on their chat and by sending emails - they have no phone support. And they don't allow you to stop your subscription on their website which is completely shady. My next move is to call my credit card company and stop the monthly autodraft (and contact the BBB). So disappointing! EDIT: There is no one click cancellation, sorry. When you click manage your subscription it takes you into a chat where you have to leave a message but no one responds. I did this many times over a two month period. If there is a one click cancellation, why don't you update your response with instructions on how to do so when others visit here to leave you a negative review they can cancel at any time rather than bang their head against a wall for two months like I did...
