Ai Tool schaut toll aus ist aber nicht funktional. positiven Bewertungen hier sind auch fake. reagieren nicht auf Kündigung bei monatlichen Vertrag. behaupten Kündigung ganz einfach über Kundenmenü. dort wird auf chat tool hingewiesen. keine antwort & chats werden einfach gelöscht. buchen munter weiter ab! Geh auf YouTube, Reddit, Quoara und checke mit vertrauenswürdige Channels. Alle bestätigen, dass es Betrug ist. Scam!!! only fake followers. Ai Tool looks great but is not functional. positive reviews here are also fake. do not respond to termination of monthly contract. claim termination easily via customer menu. there is a reference to chat tool. no answer & chats are simply deleted. bookings continue unabated! Go on YouTube, Reddit, Quora and check with reliable testers. They all confirm that it is scam! Die Antwort von Jessic ist genauso wertlos wie das Angebot von Upgrow. Es ist einfach nicht möglich die Zahlungen zu stoppen. (habe das schon mehrfach versucht auf allen erdenklichen wegen und keine Antwort erhalten) Die follower sind nach Diagnose alle Spam bzw. Bots. Finger weg!

Absolute trash
Absolute trash. They promise real followers with real likes and comments but they give you all fake followers. They put me on a monthly subscription after I cancelled my account after two weeks of trial since I noticed they keep adding fake followers to my account and they kept charging my account without me knowing. I stopped my subscription online twice and went back to my account few days after and I saw that they restarted my account and charged me for few months. I contacted them and asked them to stop my subscription but to this day, they are still trying to charge my account. However, I called my bank and asked to block them since they are a complete fraud company. I asked them to return my money since I was definitely not happy with the results due to all the fake followers they put on my account and they said they could only do so for one month only. However, I did tell them that I was not aware of the charges since I stopped my subscription online twice but they said that since they changed their website, it no longer stops subscriptions online. Definite liers and thieves.

En el mes de septiembre acépete una oferta con descuento de un SOLO mes en upgrow. A nivel funcional bien la aplicación. El problema es que me han cargado un mes más, sin tenerlo contratado y con mayor precio. Imposible hablar con alguien de la app, no encuentro donde darse de baja, ni como cancelar el pago. Para mi paso de ser una buena experiencia a un timo. ------------------------------------------------------------ Actualizo el comentario, ya que finalmente me contestaron y con algo más de cinco días hábiles me devolvieron el dinero. Creo que si dieran la opción de continuar con sus servicios y no haciéndolo de manera automática se ahorrarían tiempo, problemas y malas reviews. Por lo demás correcto.

Absolute nightmare of a service! UpGrow has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Instagram growth platform. Despite setting up my account with clear instructions to target Romanian followers for my restaurant, I got nothing but irrelevant bot followers from completely random countries, particularly Asia. This is damaging my brand's credibility, and I'm left having to manually delete these useless followers. Their 'AI model' is clearly a joke—other services like Flock and Kiksta got it right, but UpGrow failed miserably. Despite multiple requests, they kept pushing for more time, only to deliver zero results aligned with my target audience. Save your money and time—this service is a total scam!

I started getting fake bot followers within hours
I started getting fake bot followers to my account within 24 hours from countries I did not select on my profile. But the worst part was I contacted customer service within hours of realising and asked to cancel my subscription. Everyday since they keep giving me the run around and wont allow me to cancel but won't say they won't. I keep getting emails that they are happy to help me but give it more time or book a call and I have been very clear I want these bot followers to stop. So on those grounds poor service and not respecting someone wants to cancel. That is bad! Scammers stay away from Upgrow.

Do Not Make the Same Mistake I Did. Steer Clear!
So, things started off strong, but I should have known that it was all too good to be true. The followers we got were all flagged and had to be purged, which is the opposite of what the company is supposed to provide. Basically we paid $100 a month to have our account put at risk. I feel like an idiot for believing their pitch. I reached out to them numerous times in every way possible, and now, all of a sudden, I’m getting zero response. There’s no way to cancel on their website, even though it clearly states that subscriptions are easily canceled through the management page. They are not responding to messages or emails and the only phone number I found is never answered. It’s clear now, that they make it nearly impossible to cancel. Do not trust this company!

Do not use. Absolute scam and when you do contact to cancel no one gets back to you. I’m still waiting for a reply from months ago and meanwhile they’re still charging me though I’ve requested to cancel. Can someone please respond to chats and emails.
