I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought a bracelet from this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID Also Hayley from customer services couldn't even work out a telephone number starting +44. Jess the other doesn't know how to email customers. Apparently all the conversations are recorded I wish I had the recordings!!! Such a great get out clause having to speak to head office in the USA. ARGHHHHHHHHHH £100 wasted
