Easy ordering and a great price for a 3 way tap. Unfortunately, the tap didn't fit, as my sink is an under counter sink. I emailed to ask about returning it, as it says on the website that returns and refunds are easy. It couldn't have been easier and a full refund plus the cost of postage was sent to me within a few days. I was disappointed that the tap wasn't suitable for my use as it was a really nice tap and nicer than the tap I ended up with. I will certainly use this company to buy replacement water filters. The customer service I experienced was exceptional which is very rare these days. I totally recommend this company.

I’ve been buying these filters for years with no issues, but this latest experience has really put me off. One of the filters turned out to be faulty, so I emailed them expecting a quick resolution, especially with their advertised 3 year warranty and 90 day money back guarantee. That was weeks ago and I’ve had no reply at all. What makes it worse is that they’re still sending me marketing emails, despite completely ignoring my message. It feels like they’re only interested in the sale, not the customer. I won’t be doing business with them again based on this experience.

My thanks to Jada who recognised I had ordered the wrong one. It took several emails and replies before it was realized I had the wrong connection on the filter. All replies were dealt with promptly and the return procedure, excellent.
