I checkmy speeds constantly and not only are they inbareable theyre criminally slow.avg speed is .37 mega bits per second.thats correct bits not bytes.they advertise around 4 megabytes.thats 12 x slower.they continually drop internet connection for no apparent reason causing you to have to re establish amongst other games.then to add insult to injury they subtract false amounts of data anywhere up to 12 times as much by my records.they promise credit never to be seen and the customer service is absolutely pitiful.if you doubt me just read more reviews.stay clear of these crooks!
I’ve used Twigby for many years now and am very satisfied with their service and fair pricing. The customer care service cannot be beat. Without exception, I’ve received fast, accurate feedback and instruction for any number of questions. I’ve just brought my own iPhone (unlocked) to Twigby, and the customer care representative stayed on the chat until I got it completely set up. Really appreciate that kind of service.
Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.

each time I entered chat online - they had all the answered and took care of everything the first time. completely opposite when you call into a verizon etc. The service was up fast - I used an eSIM The signal strength was the same as Verizon and so was everything else. I dont use data so I cant comment there but for $10 this is all the voice and text one could ask for - thank you Annie
I switched from Verizon to Twigby after the last straw with Verizon when they tacked on the extra $15 for no reason other than to make more profit. Prior to that I was already peeved that we were paying over $100 for three lines where there were no plans over 2G. so I began looking into alternatives but still hoping to keep the Verizon network because I know it works the best for our area and it was between Twigby and Mint. Although Twigby’s customer service is only chat, it is as good if not better than any phone rep around. I am a tough cookie and previously was with Verizon because of their network coverage and personal live customer support but the support failed me along with their greed but I still liked their coverage I was nervous when we first switched over but the initial promo and ongoing plan rates were amazing and i came to find that for our family of low data users we weren’t missing anything but a lower cell bill and even better service because the rep isn’t toggling between 5 different chats so you are not waiting 5 minutes between chat messages . so I can’t recommend Twigby enough.
I am brand new to Twigby but they were very helpful at getting me set up and I am now using their service instead of Xfinity and at this point all is very good! Thank you Twigby...
My phone was not connecting to the internet. The issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly through CHAT. I really appreciated how the agent walked me through the fix step by step. Response time was excellent – very prompt and professional. Highly recommend!
